The first 25 years of Michele's career were focused on directing business administration and operations, including sales, marketing, finance, human resources, and workplace safety at her own company. In partnership, she built her custom fabrication business into an internationally recognized, award-winning production house.
Since 2013, Michele has transitioned into consulting work, building trusting relationships, and delivering consulting services and management solutions to First Nations organizations, small businesses, non-profits, and at the provincial government level.
Many of these projects focused on creating best practices, business process improvement, and human resource development initiatives. Michele has led multiple internal and external projects, change management initiatives, and facilitated capacity development for client organizations and teams.
Michele is an Organization Development Consultant, Registered Organizational Excellence Specialist, Prosci Certified Change Manager, Certified Personality Dimensions® Facilitator, and a member of:
